Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026. K-Craft Studio is a non-commercial concept site about Korean najeon (mother-of-pearl lacquer) craft. We collect as little as possible.
1. “I want this as a real najeon piece” (interest registration)
- What: email, country, desired product, optional note, a small preview image and id of your current design, language, time of submission.
- Purpose: only to notify you once if hand-made najeon production launches. No marketing lists, no sale to third parties.
- Retention: until production launches and you have been notified, or until you request deletion — whichever is first.
2. Artisan & workshop partner inquiries
- What: name, workshop, region, specialty, contact, portfolio URL, time of submission.
- Purpose: only to contact you about a possible partnership.
- Retention: until you request deletion, or 2 years after last contact.
3. AI features and photos
- Pattern generation, photo restyling, subject cut-out and motif stories use external AI services: Meta Model API (Muse Image, SAM, Muse Spark) and Anthropic (Claude), plus the free Pollinations service as a fallback (text prompt only).
- When you use “AI restyle”, your photo is sent through our proxy to these providers only to produce the result. Our proxy does not store photos, prompts or results. The providers process data under their own terms.
- Edge detection, shell inlay, 3D previews and downloads run entirely in your browser.
- All AI outputs are labeled “AI-generated”.
4. Storage & security
Form data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (Cloudflare, Inc.), accessible only to the site operator. Anti-spam: honeypot field and per-IP rate limits; IP addresses are not stored with your entry.
5. Your rights / deletion
To access, correct or delete your data, email kimsketch@naver.com with the email address you used. We delete within 14 days.
Language preferences and an AI notice flag are kept in your browser’s localStorage; no tracking cookies are used.

최종 수정: 2026년 10월 13일. K-Craft Studio는 한국 나전칠기를 소개하는 비상업 콘셉트 사이트이며, 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다.
1. “진짜 나전 작품으로 갖고 싶어요” (관심 등록)
- 항목: 이메일, 국가, 희망 제품, 선택 메모, 현재 디자인의 작은 미리보기와 ID, 언어, 제출 시각.
- 목적: 수작업 나전 제작이 시작될 때 한 번 알려 드리는 용도로만 사용합니다. 마케팅·제3자 제공 없음.
- 보유 기간: 제작 시작 후 알림 완료 시 또는 삭제 요청 시까지(먼저 도래하는 시점).
2. 장인·공방 파트너 문의
- 항목: 이름, 공방, 지역, 전문 분야, 연락처, 포트폴리오 URL, 제출 시각.
- 목적: 파트너십 관련 연락 용도로만 사용합니다.
- 보유 기간: 삭제 요청 시 또는 마지막 연락 후 2년까지.
3. AI 기능과 사진
- 문양 생성, 사진 재스타일, 대상 분리, 문양 이야기는 외부 AI 서비스 Meta Model API(Muse Image, SAM, Muse Spark)와 Anthropic(Claude), 대체용 무료 Pollinations(텍스트 프롬프트만)를 사용합니다.
- “AI 재스타일” 사용 시 사진은 결과 생성을 위해서만 프록시를 거쳐 해당 제공자에게 전송되며, 프록시는 사진·프롬프트·결과를 저장하지 않습니다. 제공자는 각자의 약관에 따라 처리합니다.
- 윤곽 검출, 자개 입사, 3D 미리보기, 다운로드는 모두 브라우저에서 처리됩니다.
- 모든 AI 결과물에는 ‘AI 생성’ 표시가 붙습니다.
4. 저장 및 보안
양식 데이터는 Cloudflare D1 데이터베이스(Cloudflare, Inc.)에 저장되며 운영자만 접근할 수 있습니다. 스팸 방지를 위해 허니팟 필드와 IP별 요청 제한을 사용하며, IP 주소는 저장하지 않습니다.
5. 열람·삭제 요청
열람·정정·삭제를 원하시면 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 kimsketch@naver.com 으로 연락해 주세요. 14일 이내에 처리합니다.
언어 설정과 AI 안내 확인 여부는 브라우저 localStorage에만 저장되며, 추적 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
